I paid $63 total for the VIP service, and unfortunately there was absolutely nothing “VIP” about the condition my car was returned to me in 😂. What makes this especially frustrating is that before I even agreed to the VIP service, I explained that my car was very dirty because I had been to the beach twice. They were fully aware of the condition of my car beforehand. They said they understood, and that is exactly why I was getting the VIP package in the first place. Nobody looked at my car and told me that the VIP service wouldn’t be appropriate for what I needed. I also did my part to make their job as easy as possible. Before arriving, I removed all of the trash from my car, took out the car seat, and cleared everything out so they had full access to the interior. There wasn’t a bunch of personal stuff or garbage for them to work around. They basically had a completely empty car and a clean slate. It was just dirty, which, call me crazy, I thought was the whole reason you go to a car wash. 😂 Their VIP service specifically advertises seats wiped and dressed, all hard surfaces cleaned and disinfected, a THOROUGH vacuum of the carpets and mats, and the door panels and cup holders

EXCELLENT customer service. They churn out cars fast because they always have tons of people hand drying the cars. Never a lot wait even on weekends. If your car is dirtier than normal you might have to wait a little bit but that’s just common sense. Dealt with Paulie who made sure I had a clean car top to bottom! Nice large air conditioned waiting area with supplies to purchase if needed. Highly recommend from a local to the area!

I have gone here several times and usually get the basic service. I decided to get the VIP service as I wanted to get my car waxed and cleaned well so I chose the VIP service. Unfortunately there was nothing about VIP service did I receive. The inside of the car was not cleaned well, dirt on floors, inside was barely wiped down and windows had streaks and the front of the car did not even get cleaned! If it is a VIP service it should look better than this! I am very disappointed with the service I received. I was rushed out because other cars were coming out and left and called to let them know what happened. I was told I would get a call from the owner. I called a second time and was promised that he would reach out. After 1 week still no call.

If google allowed me to leave negative stars about this business that’s what i would be leaving. I took my truck to the Carwash and one of there employees drove my truck into a piece of machinery at the end of the tunnel. I was stuck there for 3 hours waiting for a tow that the business did not help me obtain nor is paying for. I have custom wheels and tires and obviously have no room for a spare. They told me they were only willing to replace one tire when anyone with a brain or a simple google search knows you cannot only replace one tire because of tread difference and the downstream risks to the transfer case and transmission. Furthermore, the tire shop would not even allow me to purchase only one tire because they know the risk as well. I was stuck having to purchase multiple tires and i am now out all of that money, not including the work i missed waiting for the tow. I’m extremely disappointed in this company for not doing the right thing and reimbursing me like they should have. I will never return to this establishment. And let’s make this clear one more time… THE EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING MY VEHICLE, BEHIND THE WHEEL, WHEN THIS THIS HAPPENED. Not while it was on the tracks. Th
